Policies & Procedures

Reservations
We require at least 24 hours advance reservations for all children in our program.

Registration Procedures
Parents are required to fill out a Registration/Release form on a daily basis. All information that is provided to the Pilialoha Program shall remain confidential.

Early Drop Off/Late Pick-Up Fees
In the event your child must arrive earlier or depart later than the specified session times 24-hour advance notice must be provided. A fee of $10.00 per child per half-hour will be charged for extended periods of time.

Personal Belongings
Your child is responsible for his or her own personal belongings. The Pilialoha Program will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items. We request that children do not bring candy, money, or weapon-like toys with them to the program.

Sickness/Illness
Sick children will not be admitted in the Pilialoha Program. A doctor's note may be required if illness is questionable.

Medication
The Pilialoha staff is not able to administer any type of medication to your child.

Emergency Procedures
In the unlikely even your child becomes seriously injured, we will make every attempt to notify you immediately. Your signature on the participation release form authorizes the Pilialoha staff to administer first aid and arrange for transportation to the nearest medical facility.

Cancellation Policy
A two-hour cancellation notice is required. A 50% cancellation fee will apply for no-show reservations and late cancellations.
